The Story
Our Opera Cake is a tribute to the grand Parisian tradition of layered elegance. Four layers of delicate sponge are soaked in sweet coffee syrup and stacked with alternating layers of smooth coffee buttercream and a single, decadent layer of dark chocolate ganache in the center. Finished with a glossy dark chocolate glaze and crowned with whole coffee beans, each layer harmonizes to create a deeply sophisticated flavor profile.
