Our Almost Black Forest Cake is a luxurious reimagining of the timeless classic, elevated with Chattal's signature artistry. Three layers of deeply rich chocolate sponge are filled with luscious mascarpone chantilly crème and ribbons of house-made cherry tart, each layer delivering an indulgent balance of bittersweet chocolate and bright, tart cherry. A velvety dark chocolate coating envelops the entire cake, crowned with a dramatic dark chocolate crown and jewel-like fresh cherries.
